How do you know that you are stressed​

I get moody so fast I feel bad about myself like worthless, and depressed.

I start to bite everything I find, like a brush or my phone, my nails whatever is on my hands, I want to be alone, I don't want no one be near me, I stop eating and others thing, that how I know when I am stressed.
