I can’t sleep for some reason, what the f am I supposed to do? I have a lot of plans for tomorrow so if I don’t get enough sleep I can’t really do them without taking cat naps in between each activity Ugh anyways, free points :)

This can be for generally a lot of reasons, like overall stress, insomnia, and others. I recommend listening to soothing music of choice, try to clear your mind of negative and/or stressful thoughts. Take a bath or try yoga. Or even try warm milk or herbal tea. Try to avoid using phones though, as it causes you to have a more chance of struggling of sleeping. I do recommend you try to lay down, take a few breaths, calm your body slowly, and try to think of a safe space. Though, I have seen a couple of people face different effects, so I cannot guarantee which one would work the most.
