It is an important thing that can affect everyone. It can affect a 10 year old and it can affect a 35 year old. No matter what age you are you can have mental health issues which can lead to serious damage to yourself. Including, your self esteem, and it could possibly lead to death. Whether it be a small issue or a bigger issue it is important. If you can learn about it in school you could possibly see when you or your peers are struggling with things.
