Number 1: This POV is second person point of view. The author mentions "you" and "your" over and over. Also, the author asks what you think. With this in mind, we can concur and give heavy evidence of why this short passage is first person.

Number 3: "Everyone turned their hands to look at the new arrival. There she was, standing...looking graceful and proud. She slowly and carefully stepped down the sparkling staircase. Whispers filled the crowd. "Who was she?", everyone asked. She paused at the last staircase and was met with the crowned prince. He bowed slightly, taking her hand as he did so. She smiled warmly, making her even look more beautiful. After the two formally greeted, they soon began to dance around the ballroom. Waltzing and waltzing. Everyone was in pure awe."
