I believe that Mr. Cavor is a better choice to send to the moon. He is ready for an adventure, but he also knows when to stop before getting too far ahead of himself. He has discipline, which can come in handy when his commander is giving him orders. He knows when to listen to command and he is smart enough to get to the moon. Mr. Bedford is also good because he is outgoing which can make you go above and beyond. He is also quick to react which can come in handy in dangerous situations. They are both adventurous which makes them want to go to the moon and not be afraid to do so.
