Put pros and cons as in the good to things about having a phone in school and the bad things to like

Mobile phones should not be banned in school as certain students need to stay in touch with family regarding maybe they need technology. Students also may need phones in school due to the fact it helps with their learning and may be able to sometimes use it in class as a calculator, dictionary or just to search some thing up. On the other hand, phones should be banned as they easily distract students from work and can be used in the wrong way. Also some students may take advantages from phone access and start using it in class inappropriately when students should be focusing on lessons.
