The I Have a Dream speech, by Martin Luther King, Jr. references to the country's Founding Fathers and the Bible, he used universal themes to depict the struggles of African Americans before closing with an improvised riff on his dreams of equality.

This speech was important in several ways: It brought even greater attention to the Civil Rights Movement, which had been going on for many years. King’s speech was written for the average American, so he used plain language to deliver a clear message that was understood by everyone.  The lesson here is to tailor your speech to your audience.  This language will make sense to them and help you gain credibility as a speaker. However, if you’re presenting to an eighth-grade class, their everyday language is simple words that will be easily understood.  Depending on your audience, adjust your language to ensure your listeners get the most out of your speech.

the autor of the text is bringing the point that one achievment of the president john f. kennedy was a success and this caused the next president to use a similar idea. the purposefor the use of the quotation in the text is to support the idea that peace corps was a result of the president's call. in this case, the quotation is presented as part of the writing and does not stand on its own.

hmm, sadly there is no dialogue. there is no place in the story where he is talking to anyone. it's more of just describing what he eats and where he sleeps. you have to become anne frank, give details of where you are, what other folks look like, how the environment is. have a little bit of dialogue tell of what people are specifically saying. anne frank talked about her entire household including the people, the objects, the lighting, the food they ate, and even the smell in the air. there has to be more to your diary entries, the whole story in its current state is only about peter van daan, the food, the sounds, and where he sleeps. also he seems to be writing only once a year yet more than that happened from day to day. for a friend, i can you write it out, if you want.
