perfect way to boil a rice

first wash the rice with cold water once

Then perboil and filter the water out

put the rice in the pot you want to use in cooking, add water(the water should be a little bit above the rice), then reduce the fire. your rice will come out perfectly soft, white and unique

PS. don't turn the rice while cooking and the reason why I said don't add much quantity of water is because the hear is what cooks the rice not the water.
