At the end of the novel when he leaves Gatsby for the last time, Nick says, “They’re a rotten crowd. You’re worth the whole dang bunch put together.” And at the beginning of the novel, he asserts “Gatsby turned out all right at the end.” Explain how Nick can make such statements. the tale of “aunty misery” written by judith ortiz cofer , is a folk tale about an old woman who earns immortality by tricking death . the cost of immortality however, is that her life will stay the same. from this tale it becomes clear that death is a necessary evil and is inevitable in life.

answer: a. death may not seem friendly, but he should be treated kindly.

getting ready for work:

i sit up in bed, the time is 6: 15.

i go in the bathroom and take a long hot shower and brush my teeth.

i get dressed then grab my keys and open the door, then i realize it is raining so i go back   and get an umbrella.

when i get in my car it has very little gas and right when i get there my car runs out of gas.

when i get inside i am fired for being late.
