While being active can have a physical worldly impact, sitting idly can spark ideas and allows the brain to wonder without being idle, thinking could not happen. You must first be idle, to be active and actually accomplish something. It is impossible to double task because if we are thinking while doing something, we lose track of what is going on with one of the two.
