(20 POINTS) How and why would you use emotions in a speech? (Site 1)

Emotions could be used in a speech to move your audience. I mean is that it's to get them to cry or move to the position stated in the speech. You can use emotions by carrrying different tones of voices and facial expressions that are important to portray your message.
