NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, March 24, the Planning Commission of the City of Oakwood will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the building of a parking structure at the above location. All local zoning regulations will be in effect.

The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p. m. The City Hall is located at 2304 White Bear Road. Agenda items for the hearing will be placed in order the week of March 16. Persons interested in speaking will be given the opportunity. Permit application materials are open for review during business hours at City Hall.

This project requires compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The Environmental Impact Report will be available for review as well.

If you challenge the Permit action or environmental impact in court, you may raise only those issues discussed at this public hearing, or by written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or before the public hearing.
