So, even though catholics historically did kill, they probably would not be okay with this. going by what friends and family have said about their time at catholic schools/churches(as well as what happened in history with the catholic church), you definitely are not allowed to have much of an opinion there as you are in other churches. You can take the chance, but I would definitely try to find out the English Teacher's view first.
