In general, young adulthood will be the time when most people are physically stronger. For example, many studies has been done that show athletes are performing best from the ages of 20 to 29. During this time, mental stamina is also stronger, which is important because these can to be stressful years. Why? Because many changes often happening when people are in their 20s. For example, many men and women become workers, spouses, or parents before they reach the age of 30. In contrast, when people are in their 30s, they generally are experiencing a decline in their health and stamina. They may have hearing loss, or they may forgotten certain pieces of information.
Nevertheless, many people in mid-adulthood are more satisfied with their lives than they are when they were younger. Some people said that this is because now they have felt comfortable with their roles in life and their responsibilities.
