Discuss a time when you feel someone “sold out/took the easy way out” and how it made you feel.

It's frowned upon due to the fact it's usually associated with weakness, laziness, incompetency, foul play, etc. The fact of the matter is however that in real life working hard doesn't always mean you'll be rewarded for your efforts. Sometimes  lazy people end up successful, sometimes intelligent hard workers don't make the cut. It depends on a multitude of different factors.
