We have now read a series of different science fiction stories: Anthem by Ayn Rand, “Tomorrow, and Tomorrow and Tomorrow” by Kurt Vonnegut, and “Super-Toys last all summer long” by Brian Aldiss. The conflict in each of these stories were different but in each the characters were struggling with something beyond their control. In a well written 2 paragraph response compare these three stories. How are they similar, how are they different? Which setting would be preferable in which to live? Explain your answer. (You will have to look up summary of the stories)
