Please help i want to ask my mom how to take me to the doctors to get tested for some kind of an×iety d!sorder but she's the type of d*mb person to get mad about that kind of stuff. what's the best way to ask her?

okay so maybe try to tell her that you are struggling at the moment and you think that it will be the best for both of you if you can go have a quick check up for anxiety. Mention again that it was just an idea and ask for her opinion. If she gets mad try to change the subject asap
