It depends on the student. Some students learn better at public school because they are face-to-face with a teacher. On the other hand some students learn better in online school because they don't have a bunch of students around them being distractions. So basically the bottom line is that neither of them are particularly better than the other. It is was works best for each individual student.

I do online school, and i have never been public schooled. But personally i would say that online school is better. But it kinda depends on the person and the reason. I like online school because i was always home schooled and never had friends. but i have made friends online. Others may have other opinions.
