There are 2 students in your class; one who is a hard-working straight a+ student and the other who is a slacker in class with grades of d/f. after an exam, the a+ student scores 99% and is pleading with you to get extra credit to get the full 100% in class. at the same time the slacker student who has a grade of an f is pleading to get extra credit to boost up his grade. you can only select one student to provide this opportunity to. who would you select and why?

(i can't select because there is no options but, i will answer) using evidence effectively. most of the assignments you will do in university will ask you to make an argument, to take a stance, or to prove a hypothesis. the best way to do this is to research the topic, develop a thesis statement, hypothesis, or claim and then use evidence to support this claim.
