How can you pretend to be happy even if your breaking down inside?

I do it all the time. Smile, and act like nothing is wrong, because you don't want other's to know everything that's going on. Because if you don't smile, and keep on, others will ask you what is wrong, and then you have to explain. But honestly, its not right to just pretend like everything is fine. Tell someone you trust what is going on. Turn to something you love, whether that be music, art, whatever makes you happy, and create something. Create something that only you understand. Because the beginning of finding purpose, is in creating something only you understand. But don't tell anyone what it means, or it might lose its meaning.
