In this context, trying to understand a problem through another approach can help in the search for a solution.

For example, if you have a problem with weight loss and you look at it in a pessimistic way, without any apetite, this problem will persist with you. But if you face it differently, accepting your body as something sacred or taking a diet, this problem will be minimized in your mind.
