Carla has just been given a new project at work. it's a lot of responsibility and she's excited about it, but it keeps her very busy during the week. she has little time for any of her regular habits, such as cooking dinner, going for walks, washing dishes, and reading the newspaper. as the weekend approaches, what can carla do to proactively combat her fatigue and any possible unhealthy behaviors? leave work at least an hour earlier every day so she has time for the things she likes to do draft an email to her boss saying that the new project is too much for her to handle make a meal plan for the week and commit to doing something active at least once per week sleep in as much as she can and eat whatever she wants to recover from the stress of the week
