Milkshakes are better than banana splits because one you can choose loads of different flavors to make as your milkshake. Also, banana splits have gross bananas and nuts and cherries on it but milkshakes are different flavors. Also, you have to chew a banana split but you only have to drink a milkshake and its really easy.

Which is better? Banana Spits or Milkshakes? Well, oh course, this is a matter of opinion, but if I were to create a survey, I am confident that milkshakes would reign supreme. There are many facts to support my opinion that milkshakes are the obvious choice.
If you are drinking a milkshake instead of eating a messy, but no less delightful, banana split, you risk getting chocolate syrup on your clothes, and at a party, this would be very embarrassing. 
Though banana splits are very delicious, I don't overly enjoy eating a split, but whole banana, whereas milkshakes are always scrumptious, even with kale hidden inside, which makes it healthier.
