S trickle means (of a liquid) flow in a small stream. 
Spinet means a type of small upright piano. so that cant be it..

Semblance means the outward appearance or apparent form of something, especially when the reality is different.

I think the opposite would probably be semblance since it is not "flowing" it is going in a outward appearance.
