phyllis is walking to her locker when an older student bumps into her and then begins yelling at phyllis about being stupid and clumsy.
phyllis says to the older student…"you should watch where you're going and stop being so loud and so verbally abusive to me."
remember to use the pattern for "i" statments. this will express how you feel without causing defensive action from the party you are addressing.
