You can write something like this  : 1)  My journey through this lesson enabled me to learn that I am capable of making and doing new things, the things which I have never experienced before. I also can see that my potential is quite enough to bring all the learned things in the future. And even though life can prepare a tough situations, I can accept this challenge and make a profit out of life obstacles because my knowledge is my weapon.
2) It made me realize that every person must take life challenges seriously. People also have to recognize these challenges in order to be prepared for the unexpected future. So now I understand that I should never give up and always keep in mind that there are always many solutions and the only thing that people need -- is a little time to find them.
