The most effective tools for establishing and a way of preserving freedom is with the use of court and constitution, it is because it is a way of having freedom to be preserve and establish because they have the will of defending liberty of each person and it is also a way of granting the safety of an individual or society.

Freedom is a value, before being a right. This value could be kept and carried from generation to generation. In order to preserve it and extend it further, an established system should exist. This system is of course the power of people. How people live, how they use the existing rights, how they make changes into these values, even how they raise their children add up to the effectiveness of freedom.
