Can yall please help me. I have to respond to this complaint as if i was working in the workplace. It has to be written in professional manner thnks guys. To Whom It May concern,
Dome Cafe Perth City.
Attention Human Recourses Manger,
I am writing to inform you of an issue that is of grave concern to me, The Number of incidents that have occurred within the workplace that amount to sexual Harassment and bullying; these incidents are impacting my ability to perform my job, as per my job description as a waitress at your establishment. Continual comments regarding the nature of my clothing by male staff and unwanted remarks of a sexual nature have been directed toward me on numerous occasions. The two male staff responsible for this inappropriate and unjustified behavior are Daniel Sutcliffe and Thomas Hollmon; they have also regularly spoken to me in a derogatory manner, directed me to complete tasks that are not in my job description. I want to emphasize that these individuals have no authority over me in a managerial capacity within the workplace. I find their behavior to be offensive and completely unacceptable; I have attempted on multiple occasions to address my concerns directly with these two individuals to Noah Vale. It is of paramount importance to me that this issue is dealt with expediently and that the proper avenues are followed to show that this does not continue. I want to point out that the behavior I have been subjected to directly contravenes my rights as an employee. I want to draw your attention to the following incidents on Wednesday the 4th of April 2020, Daniel Made a Derogatory gesture toward me he inappropriate slapped me on my buttocks and ordered me to clear the two tables that were recently vacated in the restaurant I'm sure this incident was recorded on CC Tv. Despite my protests, he has not altered his behavior, apologized, or shown any remorse whatsoever. Two days after this incident occurred, Thomas also treated me in a manner that made me feel intimidated and inferior; he ordered me to the kitchen and demanded I address a customer order that was his responsibility at the time, he said and I quote, '' you should spend more time in the kitchen because that is where women belong''. Section 28A of the discrimination Act of The Australian Workplace law 1984, Defines Sexual Harassment as when a person makes an unwelcome sexual advance, a welcomed request for sexual favors, or engages in other unwelcomed requests for sexual favors. I want to draw your attention to a president that occurred within a similar work setting, relating to bullying and Sexual Harassment, Katie Moore vs. Star Bucks 2010. In this case, Katie was sexually objectified by a Coworker in the workplace. A court Ruling found That Star Bucks was liable, and compensation was awarded to Mrs. Moore. The individual that the complaint was directed toward also had his employment terminated.

Follow the directions (and example) given to create your own sonnet. william shakespeare's sonnet 130 my mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun, coral is far more red, than her lips red, if snow be white, why then her breasts are dun: if hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head: i have seen roses damasked, red and white, but no such roses see i in her cheeks, and in some perfumes is there more delight, than in the breath that from my mistress reeks. i love to hear her speak, yet well i know, that music hath a far more pleasing sound: i grant i never saw a goddess go, my mistress when she walks treads on the ground. and yet by heaven i think my love as rare, as any she belied with false compare. instructions: write fourteen lines of iambic pentameter. use a sonnet rhyme scheme. use the first eight lines to set up your idea (the octave). use the last six lines to conclude your idea (sestet). (variety may be added by including a substitute foot from time to time such as the two anapests in line 3 above.) work in small groups giving each other feedback. reading the sonnet aloud allows you to hear the words and rhythms of the lines. generate questions that will clarify the use of words and forms. for example: was the idea of the sonnet presented in the first eight lines? how was sound used to enhance the meaning of the sonnet?
