How did they decide to pursue these fields and to what do they attribute their success? What advice would they offer girls who wish to pursue these interests?
ii. Research organizations that exist to help women.
iii. Learn about several women (alive today) who are known internationally. In what ways are they good role models for girls today?
iv. Research several diseases or health problems that face women today.
v. Interview an older woman (65 and up) and discuss changes over her lifetime that have affected women.
vi. Learn about several women (not necessarily still alive today) who made a name for themselves in fields that were not traditionally open to women, such as sports, aviation, medicine, science, politics, etc.
