Have you ever seen a rainbow mountain? Well, there are many in China. The Danxia Landforms, named after Mount Danxia in Guangdong province, are breathtaking landforms that are unique to China. They were formed over a period of around 24 million years when rivers deposited red sandstone and other minerals. But let’s learn more about this.

The layers of this natural occurrence are a variety of colors, including blue, red, purple, and many others. There are also various kinds of landscapes. There are steep cliffs, waterfalls, mountains, and other natural features. There are spectacular sights and unusual mountains, such as tall, rounded ones.

Danxia in Zhangye was formed by the erosion of red sandstone, resulting in isolated peaks and steep stratified outcrops. Its extraordinary geological formation, along with long-term desert conditions, freeze-thaw peeling, wind and water erosion, and other causes, resulted in its current appearance. The landforms now have a wonderful array of shades! The colorful mountains, though, are not the only feature to see there! Let's find out what else is out there.

Hills and mountains of various shapes and sizes can be found at the Danxia Landforms. This natural phenomenon has a variety of sights to see, ranging from small orange hills to massive rainbow mountains. At the Binggou Danxia landform, for example, there are sandstone and rock formations in numerous shades of orange. Not to mention Mt. Danxia, a massive curved mountain!

There are several geological occurrences in the Danxia Landforms, ranging from rainbow mountains to orange rock formations. The multi-colored mountains, also known as the Rainbow Mountains of China, are awe-inspiring. taken from the novel “the adventures of huckleberry finn” by mark twain (1884), the author narrates about social issues and norms related to morality, prejudice, and slavery. twain included the excerpt above in order to discuss a moral conflict that huck is in: following the moral values he has received from the society in which he lives. moreover, there are moral issues such as gilt and blame discussed here. in the excerpt above, which is part of chapter xvi, huck faces a dilemma: jim to escape or telling miss watson about jim’s flight. huck feels confused, since by choosing one action or another someone is going to get hurt. both jim and miss watson have him in different ways; jim has protected him and has been very kind with him and miss watson has him with his education. the following sentence is a clear example of the dilemma huck faces when he narrates what his conscience tells him: “what had poor miss watson done to you that you could see her niger go off right under your eyes and never say one single word? ”.

the father plays a very vital role in the life of the narrator in the story. the father is that person who may be physically absent but is also the one who just existed in the mind or the memory of the narrator. in the mind of the storyteller, his father during the time he was with their family was dutiful, orderly and straightforward. but when the narrator was asked who has always the final say, it would always be the mother. it is because of the father’s departure that made the authority of the mother waive and became questionable. the father’s leaving really made a big impact in his family’s lives. the father never set foot on land and he was more towards the lonely nature because as the story said he never acknowledged the existence of his family after his departure but it is implied to the reader that the reason why the father stayed and rowed nearby to maintain togetherness.
