Yellow rice decorates my plate, including vegetables. Oil bounces on my skin burning it a little, turning around the chicken now halfway cooked. Beans coat the rice with a new flavor. A new smell now presents itself and I know the chicken is ready. Crunchy outside, juicy inside. Flavors explode in my mouth, mixing with the tangy taste of the rice.
