Violence against Asians have grown despite movements to stop. This is a clear violation of the 15th Amendment which clearly states that "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.". This includes any hate or vulgar language shown toward any race, ethnicity, gender identity, etc.

I believe that regardless of these clear laws through nonviolent protest, the civil rights movement of the 1950s and '60s broke the pattern of public facilities' being segregated by “race”. In the South and achieved the most important breakthrough. Another example is in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights where it says, "Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.". This means to me that without clear evidence that a being has done something against human nature, or against the law, we cannot accuse them of something based on the quote above.

Nowhere in the Constitution—or in the Declaration of Independence, for that matter—are human beings classified according to factors such as race, skin color, ethnicity, sex, or religion. This is clear evidence that prejudice against Asians and Asian Americans is not right.

Even Aristotle said the reason being that he truly believed that people uneducated about government would choose a bad one. The terrible side that believes that Native Americans, Asian, African-American, etc are NOT equal, or the side that sticks to the law and not biased. First the terrible killing of African Americans based on the color of their skin, which Martin Luther King Jr tried so hard to stop, which Rosa Parks stayed put on her seat for, and for Nelson Mandela got put into jail for. All so that the world would be equal. All so that the world would see Asians, Native Americans, Muslims and all religions would have the right to freedom of speech, religion, and much more. But still, people didn't see through how MLK, RBG, and many more influential people worked hard.

My first experience happened just ... I hope that we are not judged by the color of our skin, but quality of our character. Thank you for listening
