People should focus on there future and not there past. Most humans often think to much about the past and not see what is right in front of them. They worry, and regret what happens in the past and might miss out on big opportunities.

I think people should worry about there future and not there past Because you can’t change the past. If you worry to much on the past then you won’t worry about the future. What people have done in the past, is done. You can’t change what you have done, so I’d make the most of it.

Researchers have mad a conclusion that if people think about the future, they will be happier and lead more fulfilled lives.
