Advertisements have a primary purpose to inform, persuade, and entertain audiences. Many television commercials tell a story that is
entertaining, amusing, or emotionally touching. Some commercials use logical appeals to provide information about a product or to compare
their product to others in the market.
Watch three commercials, either on television or the Internet. As you watch the commercials, notice the media strategies used to inform,
persuade, and entertain. Write a one-page response analyzing the use and intended purpose of each of the strategies you identified.
