Essay on problems of unemployment The major problem all over the world is unemployment . Many people are facing these types of problems in the world, some in the company department or some in the business. Problems occur when a middle-class family loses his/her job which is known as unemployment and also there are some ways to suppress these types of problems.
So, the first focused problem for the family who he/she loses her job is the problem of the budget, how can the family could manage the budget problem if he/she suffers from the unemployment how can they manage home budget or the finance problem while in the unemployment so this is the wide problem for the person as well as for the family who is wearing the unemployment. Also, the second problem for the unemployed family is how could they manage the money problem from whom they had bought, how could they return these or pay back the money after shifting from employment to employment.
However, there are also some ways to cover up these problems by working harder to find a second job or keeping in touch with friends or cousins around you to look over a job or for you the post which you want as for the job. As well as the other solution for getting the job lower the major or wide problem of the unemployment is get the better calcification or work harder over the education to achieve you the best job and cannot able to loses his/her job good marks in the education will result in the great earnings and cannot loses the job, and also can get the job easily anywhere with the great earning with the help of the degree.

In the nutshell problems of unemployment are everywhere all over the world so in my opinion we should give the employee the second chance to stick to their job. By doing this we should be able to get off from the problems. In Addition, before firing the employee, we should know that he/she couldn’t face any of the problems after being unemployed.
