Literally just got my question deleted, when I was literally spreading this, kinda stu pid right? : A thing to lift your spirits: If you ever feel ugly, lonely, depressed, or just sad, remember, someone loves you, you are loved, no matter what. When you feel ugly like I have, and like most other people in the world, you aren't, you shouldn't compare yourself to today's standards of beauty, because beauty will fade, just like seasons. You may be beautiful and young, then you will grow old, and your external beauty will be gone. When you are young, don't focus on the outer beauty, which is passing, but focus and cultivate your inner beauty, which will last, and continue to grow, as you get older. So don't lose your spark, and when you feel alone, depressed, or lost, just remember, someone loves you, and you are BEAUTIFUL, no matter what others say :)) I feel ugly often, but I remind myself that I AM beautiful, and I don't have to compare myself to the world's standards of beauty ;)
