1.3 State two meanings of censorship with regards to the media (2)​

1. Censorship as regards to the media has to do with controlling what is released to the public as a means of preventing inciting music, videos, hate speech, or even child indecency.

2. Censorship can also mean editing out some parts of a multimedia and leaving the rest that is not considered harmful. A good example of this is the editing out of swear words and lewd words of music on the radio.
