Her son Jamie was in school, and she had to go get him. Classes were let out early due to the storm, and Jamie's teacher told Claire she shoul
pick up her son as soon as possible. Claire knew that waiting to pick up Jamie wasn't a good idea, so she rushed out with her keys and
umbrella.
