You will never amount to anything great or achieve success in life unless you act, put in the effort, and believe in yourself.  Imagine having a high level of anxiety about accomplishing or overcoming the things you fear the most.  It is like a mountain, a brick wall, or a powerful tower is keeping you from addressing that internal or external giant in your life, and you feel as if you are suffocating in your own body, drowning deep in the oceanwaters, looking for someone to pull you up and save you or saving yourself on your own.
