Recently, John found out that he couldn't put on his
favourite jeans. So, he quickly measured his weight
and he knew he had obesity .After that, John asked
some suggestions from his friend. His friend
suggested John ate a healthy diet rich in
vegetables, fruits and whole grains. He also told John
had to do exercise such as playing badminton at
least 3 times in the week to increase weight loss.
Next, John played badminton with his friends at the
badminton hall in the evening. Then, John had a
balanced and nutritions diet in every
meal. Finally, John lost weight by leaps and bounds and
became a slim person.
