I asked this question earlier, and wondering if I can get some more thoughts and opinions. Is it healthy that I go to the gym daily? I go for about one to two hours a day, and then I bike, and I don't eat a lot, but I drink a lot of water, and I try to eat healthy. The thing is, is it healthy that I work out for two hours? Also, should I go daily, and should I do the same muscle group each day, or should I split up the different muscle groups into different days? Please don't report me guys, I'm just wondering ;) Thanks :))
