So really what you have to do, is focus on the people, people are different so you really have to identify the personalities first, if they are friendly, kind, and active in a community (lets say its online), you would be a good fit, a community sometimes includes certan subjects, for examlple, a math club/community server and you like math yourself, the community would be a great fit for you.

Its really just about talking to the community members, and you'll find your answer.
