Lots of learners say that they have difficulty in dealing with unknown words, and they can’t express their ideas correctly if they can’t look them up. Don’t you feel the same if you don’t know a word? So, using a dictionary helps learners to express their ideas freely.

2) We don't really know what language proficiency is, but many people have talked about it for a long time. Some researchers have tried to find ways for us to make teaching and testing more communicative because that is how language works. I think that language is something we use for communicating, not an object for us to study, and we remember that when we teach and test it.

3) I feel that the causes for the decrease in the quality of life is because of more people moving to urban areas. The growth of cities means that there aren't enough resources for people to live off. So, if the people in a city don't have access to the things they need, then how can they live? I think that governments should make sure that cities have all of the things to allow people to live comfortably like public transport and good housing to make sure quality of life is kept at a good level.
