Hello! I've been wanting to make this blog for a long time. First of all, I'd like to thank all of you for your positive feedbacks to my BTS x ARMY Song Compositions. I really appreciate it. You guys inspires me to write more.
Okay! Before you read this blog, I'd like to remind you all that this is based on my own opinion. Let's get started.
Here's some Guide to Writing BTS × ARMY Song:
1. Find Inspiration

You can find inspiration from your family, friends, BTS and experiences in life. The choice totally depends on you.
I could say that I find inspiration from my family but just like what Min Yoongi went through, my parent's does not approve of my love for Music. So for me personally, I find my inspirations from my life experiences, from the support of my friends and also from BTS music. Mainly because their song lyrics tackles some stuff that I've been through and still experiencing til this day.
2. Topic (The Main Message of the Song)

Once you find the zeal to write your song, you can start brainstorming for your main topic. Here are some questions that you can ask yourself when writing BTS x ARMY song:
:black_small_square: How did BTS changed ARMY'S lives?
:black_small_square: What struggles did BTS went through along with ARMY'S?
:black_small_square: Will this song inspire ARMY'S and BTS to go on?
Sometimes, I like to read Bangtan Sonyeondan's messages for ARMY's and Vise Versa. I also find basis to write songs from their speeches whenever they win an awards.
3. Song Title

Choosing a fitting Song Title is Vital. Choose a title that can attract your reader/listener's attention. The song Title will also help sum up the message and emotions that the whole song conveys.
4. Lyrics

Once you're done with the message and title brainstorming, you can finally work on the lyrics of the song. I have to be honest, it's not easy.
Sometimes you will experience writer's block but do NOT give up!
If you can only come up with short verses, try to write them down. And then pile them all together. You never know, you might be able to form a whole song.
Tip: Remember the Lyrics Structure (Verse, Pre-Chorus, Chorus, and Bridge)
5. Creating a Melody

Producing a tune for your song all depends on your lyrics. Is the lyrics upbeat? Is it emotional?
You can create your own guitar arrangement or piano sheet. For those who do not play any instrument, do not worry, you can use Garageband or FL studio
