Pamela submitted a lengthy report to her instructor and it was cited, referenced, and contained quotation marks around any direct quotes she took from other sources. However, 58 percent of Pamela’s report was directly taken from other sources. Pamela earned an "F" on the report and she was shocked when her professor told her the report was plagiarized. Pamela argued that she cited all of her sources and used quotations properly. What is the problem?
