Read the poem. The Bisons' Charge

Scattered across the grassy plain,
Bison lumber, laze, and wander.
The cows and crows all eat their share;
The bison eat what plants remain.
Then bright blue skies turn thick with doom.
The cows and crows flee to the east.
But the bison army charges west,
Ready to challenge the gusts and gloom.
Knowing this storm will quickly pass,
The bison hasten toward the rain.
Staking claim to fresh, wet turf,
The bison graze upon the grass.
