Always surround yourself with positive energy no matter what. Sometimes we don't think about how much energey affects us. But, if you really think about it- energy plays a big part in our everyday lives. For example, if you wake up in the morning and you are approached with bad energy, that will set the basis on how the rest of your moring will go. Bad energy could come from something big like a person being rude or doing anything with a negative connotation or it could come from something as little as a news segment about an unfortunate event. Especially now, we don't hear many positive things from the news because so much is going on with the pandemic, politics, and the social world. "How can i prevent negative energy from coming into my space?" Theres no REAL way to prevent the enegy from aproaching you.. but you can decide on if you will recive it or not. Belive it or not, but we have more on our emotions that we think we do. Before you let the energy possibly ruin yours, take a moment to process it..and reject it.  Surround yourself with people that make you happy and that also carry positive energy. By following these standards .. there will only be good. Always BE the good
