The movements in the ASL sign and the gestures used with the phrase in English and another language might be used in other situations. Are there other times you might use these gestures? How do you think they are similar or different in different contexts?

3. Do you think someone who didn’t know the language would understand this phrase when said in English, signed in ASL, or spoken in the other language? What if you included the common gestures along with the phrase?
