The Crew includes: 1. Mal Reynolds (Captain)
2. Zoe (1st Mate)
3. Wash (Pilot)
4. Kaylee (Mechanic)
5. Jane (Muscle)
If you wish, you may describe the role that Inara, Book, Dr. Simon Tam, or River Tam fill. They are not technically crew during the first episode, but I will accept any of them as substitutions if they are correctly argued.
