Eating healthy foods is a really cool thing to do for your body. Healthy food can actually slow down the aging process. Foods that are high in anti-oxidants and omega-3 fatty acids protect cells and help the cells live longer (p. 20 -- Olivia Anderson, a natural foods chef). Living longer lets you do more. Ian Jones on pg. 15: "People in their 80s give more back to their communities than those who died in their 60s ever did." Healthy food means a long good life. And living longer is awesome!
